Reduce energy waste in your building by completing a tune-up of your heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Whole Building Tune-Up (WBTU) provides up to $1,850 in incentives for completing at least three tune-up measures.

Trade Ally Resources

Use the WBTU online form to submit completed WBTU projects. A representative from Focus on Energy will contact you for additional information.

Optional: Earn an additional $200 incentive for your company by completing a Building Health Report. The report provides basic system health information to your customer and can help identify future projects. Upload the completed Building Health Report through the WBTU online portal.

How to Participate

  1. Contact your building controls Trade Ally.

  2. The Trade Ally completes a thorough tune-up of your building controls and provides Focus on Energy with details about the work completed using the WBTU online form.

  3. Receive your financial incentive within four to six weeks.
